Established in 2005.

Jessi Sgarlata got her real estate license before graduating with her undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2005. After obtaining a Bachelor's Degree, she worked for a year in the Knoxville real estate market before moving to Nashville where she received a Master's Degree from Belmont University and gained more real estate experience. Jessi believes in a team approach when it comes to buying or selling real estate. Having several people working collaboratively towards a common goal gives The Southbound Group's clients an upper hand in a competitive market. As a Tennessee native, she considers Nashville her home and has made a successful referral business for herself and her team, The Southbound Group.

Jessi has been a Realtor since 2005 and has achieved lofty goals in that short time. She's obtained her CRS, GRI, ABR, CNE, ASP and ePro designations. She consistently ranks within the Top 20 agents at her company, making her a Platinum agent. She has been recognized by the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors as a top producer during the Awards of Excellence every year since 2011 and was named the youngest Managing Broker of her company in 2015.
